Sponsorship Opportunities
You can become a Sponsorship, or an Exhibitor of 3rd Indorhino Conference and Courses with online/virtual concept. Sponsors enjoy exclusive benefits, including wide acknowledgement and priority to select certain sponsorship items. You can also become a Singular sponsor and target certain items to customize your contribution. To be noted, slots of sponsorship opportunities are given on a first-confirmed-first-served basis. So do reserve your sponsorship as soon as possible. Details of each level of sponsorship are shown on next page, followed by events and individual items that are open for sponsorship.

Cancellation or Reduction
Notification of a sponsor to cancel sponsored items must be submitted to the Organizer in writing. The effective date of cancellation or reduction of sponsored items will be the date on which the Organizer receives the written notice.

Cancellation Schedule
The organizer has the right to retain or invoicing:

• 50% of the agreed sponsored amount if the organizer receives the written cancelation/reduction before October 15^th
• 100% of the agreed sponsored amount (no refund shall be made) if the organizer receives the written cancelation/reduction after October 15^th, 2020.

Terms of Payment
After the organizer receives the interest form, a confirmation and an invoice  will be sent to the sponsor. The sponsor shall pay of total payment maximum before October 15^th, 2020. Should there be more applications for a specific sponsorship item/package, then these will be assigned by organizers on a “first come, first served” basis.
